This event will raise much needed funds for the programs listed below. Please consider a monetary donation to support one or more of the following Bridge Ministries.
CRIB MINISTRY
Providing new cribs to expectant families and a layette set for the new baby.
Your donation of $200 or more will buy one full size infant crib, mattress, and layette set for a new mom in need. Your generosity will insure that this child has a safe place to sleep.
We provided 25 cribs to needy parents in 2021.
TRANSPORTATION MINISTRY
Provides gas cards for out-of-town medical appointments and minor automotive repairs for people working or going to school full-time.
Your donation of $60 or more will help a family get to an out-of-town doctor appointment. (Most appointments are in Grand Rapids which is over 280 miles round trip.)
We were able to provide 372 gas cards in 2021.
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
LOAN CLOSET
Providing medical equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, or bath chairs (and so much more) to "borrow" for as long as there is a need.
Your donation of $100 or more will help to maintain and replace items as needed. These items are available on loan for as long as there is need.
In 2021 we served 257 neighbors with this program.
CONNECTIONS EMERGENCY FUND
Provide assistance with referrals to appropriate resources for crisis needs. Once emergent needs have been met, ongoing mentorship and support as well as education is provided through our "Change Program" on an as needed basis. Your donation of $2,000 or more will help to change the trajectory of someone's life.
Our volunteers and staff served 11,000 individuals of individuals during 2021.
We are a little non-profit making a BIG difference in our community.
