Assists with referrals to appropriate resources for crisis needs. Once emergent needs have been met, ongoing mentorship, support, and education are provided through our "Change Program" as needed.
The "Change Program" provides a supportive, goal-oriented process with ongoing education for true personal growth and transformational change.
